WANA (Apr 05) – Following recent U.S. airstrikes targeting the Yemeni people and Ansarullah forces, Yemen’s Information Minister, Moammar al-Eryani, claimed in a tweet that Tuesday’s (April 01) American attack on Houthi positions killed 70 high-ranking Ansarullah field commanders, along with members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

However, Iranian media outlets, after investigation, have categorically denied the presence of any Iranian casualties in Yemen, labeling the claims as entirely false.

According to Al-Yemen TV, the U.S. airstrike took place in the southern coastal region of Al-Fazah, located in the Hudaydah province.

Analysts suggest that such misinformation is part of a psychological warfare campaign aimed at escalating tensions and dragging the region into a broader conflict.

Iranian military officials have repeatedly emphasized that Yemen’s Ansarullah forces operate independently in their resistance against the United States and Israel.
